Aysel Ooi


Aysel is passionate about enabling organisations to connect business performance with employee well-being and diversity. She has a background in psychology, law and technology which has been valuable in improving ways of working to the needs of different groups.

She started her career developing intelligent automation to maximise employee potential and minimise burnout – guiding a team to become high-performing through human-centred and agile processes. This work went onto be globally recognised and awarded in the insurance industry for their innovation around digital customer experience.

Outside of work, Aysel has worked with the University of Auckland in leading projects to detect stress, anxiety and depression with digital phenotyping and has been a guest speaker to talk about the link between human psychology and digital transformation.

She is excited to be working with organisations who appreciate getting the best from their people and to help them adapt their tools, processes and systems to do so.
