JOIN OUR UPCOMING EVENT

AI has the potential to transform organisational performance. The question we’re hearing most from leaders is: what needs to be true inside an organisation to realise that potential?

Join us on 30 September for our next Adaptive Leadership Collective breakfast, where Radically CEO Dan Teo will explore what organisations need to get right to unlock real value from AI.

AI creates an opportunity to rethink how organisations operate, not simply by making existing work faster, but by changing how work gets done, how decisions are made and how organisations improve productivity and performance.

For many organisations, the biggest barriers aren’t the technology itself. They sit within the organisation: its structure, systems, ways of working, decision-making, leadership and capability.

In this ALC, we’ll explore the practical organisational conditions that can help move AI from experimentation to enterprise-wide impact, including:

  • The AI opportunity – where AI has the potential to materially change organisational performance and economics
  • Organisational AI maturity – what separates experimentation from broader organisational impact
  • Structure – how organisational design can accelerate or constrain the value created through AI
  • Systems and ways of working – why the way work moves through an organisation will determine how much value AI can create
  • Leadership and people – what AI means for roles, capability, decision-making and leadership

This briefing also provides a preview of Radically’s half-day Organisational Effectiveness with AI Executive Workshop, where leadership teams explore these areas in greater depth and apply them directly to their own organisation.
