How Meridian redesigned its operating model, achieved faster delivery, and continues to adapt it as complexity and customer demands evolve.

Join a discussion with Meridian’s Nicholas Warmke on their next-generation operating model and his experience of the results two years after it was introduced.

Together with Radically Partner Kacper Mazek, Nicholas will share how Meridian achieved 2–3x faster delivery, what changed in the way teams operate, and the business outcomes that followed. They will also go into the current challenges, including the integration of contact centre and customer care functions, where customer expectations, structural complexity and legacy ways of working all meet.

This will be a candid and practical discussion about what is working, what is proving difficult, and what it takes to keep evolving an operating model so performance can be sustained at scale.
