Building on the conversation from our last ALC, this session moves from exploring the potential of AI to looking practically at what organisations need to have in place to realise it.

AI creates an opportunity to rethink how organisations operate, not simply by making existing work faster, but by changing how work gets done, decisions are made and organisations deliver.

For many organisations, the biggest barriers to realising that value aren’t the technology itself. They sit within the organisation: its structure, systems, ways of working, decision-making and how leaders bring people through the change.

In this fast-paced 60-minute executive briefing, Radically’s CEO, Dan Teo, will explore what organisations need to get right to turn the potential of AI into meaningful improvements in performance.
