FACILITATE WITH CONFIDENCE. CONNECT PEOPLE. ALIGN THINKING. CREATE MOMENTUM AND IMPACT.
Most organisations do not need more meetings. They need better ones. Facilitation Mastery is a practical two-day course that helps leaders, managers and delivery professionals design and run meetings, workshops and group sessions that create clarity, participation, decisions and action.
Overview
Great facilitation is deeply human. It requires judgement, presence and the ability to read the room, guide energy, manage tension, draw out quieter voices and help groups move from conversation to outcome.
In this course, you’ll learn how to clarify purpose, design useful agendas, guide participation, manage group dynamics and support better decision-making. You’ll also explore practical ways to reduce preparation effort, capture insights, synthesise outputs and strengthen follow-through using modern tools, including AI where helpful.
The focus stays where it matters most: on facilitator judgement and the human experience of the session. AI and modern facilitation tools can strengthen how we prepare, capture insights, synthesise themes and follow through after the session. Used well, they reduce the administrative load and give facilitators more space to connect with people, read the room, guide the conversation and create meaningful outcomes, whether the session is in person, online or hybrid.
Audience
This course is for people who need to get better outcomes from groups.
It is particularly relevant for managers, team leaders, programme managers, project directors, delivery leads, change leads, coaches, facilitators, business analysts, product owners, scrum masters and anyone responsible for running meetings, workshops or group sessions where progress matters.
It is especially useful for people working in complex environments where work crosses functions, decisions require input from multiple people, and alignment is hard to achieve through normal meetings alone.
You do not need to be an AI expert. You do need to be willing to use AI practically, with enough judgement to know when it helps and when it gets in the way.
