The Event

Many organisations invest heavily in transformation, but few talk about what comes next - how to embed and sustain high performance over time. Change efforts often fade as teams revert to old habits, momentum slows, and business priorities shift. So, how do you make high performance stick?

In our next ALC event, Marlene Stroj-Rullo and Brendan Cameron will explore the key enablers of sustained performance, tackling the real-world challenges that arise after the initial transformation phase. We’ll cover:

• Embedding new ways of working while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Balancing stability with adaptability in high performing organisations
• Measuring and reinforcing high performance over time

Target audience

The ALC is a safe and supportive space for leaders to support
each other with the challenges they face in modernising their businesses. It is designed for business leaders - Heads Of,
General Managers and Executives. It is not for agile practitioners, consultants, contractors, service providers or salespeople.
