Having held roles at organisations like Xero, TVNZ, Auckland University, and Kordia, Will has enabled transformative change and strategic improvements across a diverse range of large-scale teams. 

With a background in technology, portfolio management, coaching, and consulting, Will combines deep technical understanding with a pragmatic approach to change. Coupled with a strong bias to action, he’s passionate about building strong teams, supporting people navigate complex organisational change and put more simply – leaving things in a better place than he found them. 

Most recently at Xero, Will partnered closely with Senior Leadership and teams to deliver new product market fit experiences for US and UK markets.
