Brendan Vorster
Lead Consultant
Brendan is passionate about helping organisations and their leaders turn strategy into meaningful, sustained performance. With a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and a career spanning enterprise transformation, management consulting, and leadership coaching, he brings both psychological depth and practical delivery experience to his work with senior leadership teams.
His focus areas include operating model design, adaptive delivery, leadership alignment, and culture change, helping organisations build the clarity, capability, and conditions needed for high performance. Brendan has led or collaborated on transformation engagements with some of New Zealand’s most recognised organisations, including Air New Zealand, Meridian Energy, ASB, Suncorp NZ, and The Warehouse Group, and has held enterprise-level roles driving agile practice, portfolio optimisation, and leadership development across financial services, energy, aviation, and retail.
Brendan has also been a speaker on topics including assumption-busting, team dynamics, and the role of clarity in high-performing organisations, and volunteers his time supporting school leadership through the Springboard Trust.
