He brings curiosity, analytical depth, and a willingness to engage with complex challenges where the answer is not immediately clear. Connor learns quickly, works closely with others, and brings a thoughtful, practical approach to unfamiliar problems.

Outside of work, Connor has a background in freestyle skiing, including competing internationally. This experience shaped his discipline, resilience, and ability to stay composed under pressure. He also enjoys reading and travelling, both of which continue to broaden his perspective and influence how he approaches new ideas.
