With organisations transforming to become more adaptive, many leaders are still determining what they need to change. Is the way I have successfully led in the past still effective? What challenges might I face, and how does that impact my responsibilities and priorities?

It takes courage and curiosity to reflect on your leadership style and be open to learning new skills and behaviours, and we believe the opportunities that modern and adaptive organisations hold are worth the journey.

This month at Radically Community Talks, Astrid and Tiziano will share our thinking on leadership in adaptive organisations and practical exercises we’ve used to help leaders uplift the way they lead.
