This workshop is customised for each specific business situation but typically includes:

  • The common organisational challenges are effective delivery, the flow of customer value, alignment of people on business outcomes, empowerment, and decision-making.
  • How to design a high-performance system of work
  • The mindset and culture of an agile organisation.
  • The shift in executive roles and leadership to support strategic change
  • Case studies of real organisations to identify success factors and pitfalls from decades of real-world experience leading change.
  • As a group activity, identify the key areas of your organisation that will need to change.
  • Optional extra (by prior arrangement) – discussions with other executives who have been through this change.

Edwin helps organisations rethink how they approach work and people, applying agile thinking to improve. He has extensive experience working with executives and senior leaders to establish agile practices. He is one of the longest-serving agile thought leaders in NZ and joined Scrum.org as the 8th trainer in the world in 2010.

Edwin has led organisations through crises, including the GFC and Christchurch Earthquake, and proven how complexity and chaos can be turned into opportunities to thrive.
