Yvonne has spent most of her career working with large, complex organisations in New Zealand. She has taken multiple teams on the journey to becoming more customer focused, and has supported teams across Customs, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry for Primary Industries, and the Inland Revenue with their customer and UX research practices. She relishes the challenge of encouraging organisations to become more customer-centric in their strategic decision making. Yvonne is also experienced in navigating complex business environments to identify areas of process improvement through research, analysis, stakeholder and customer engagement, and then subsequently working with organisations to implement and measure changes.
