He has led enterprise transformation initiatives across financial services and energy in New Zealand, helping organisations translate strategic ambition into practical outcomes. His experience spans operating model design, business case development, technology-enabled transformation and senior stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Radically, Sergio held leadership roles within global consulting firms, advising executives on some of their most complex transformation challenges. He joined Radically to focus on the work he finds most meaningful: helping organisations build the capability to continuously adapt, not just deliver individual programmes.

Outside of work, Sergio can usually be found running or training at CrossFit, or exploring the application of AI through building new products and experimenting with emerging technologies. The same discipline, curiosity and drive he brings to continuous improvement shapes how he approaches every engagement.
