Kasturi loves helping people make sense of complex work and find simpler ways forward. Over nearly 20 years, she has worked across delivery leadership, human centred design, coaching and quality, supporting leaders and teams in New Zealand and within global organisations. She brings people together around the priorities that matter, creates clarity in uncertain environments, and helps teams translate strategy into practical action.

Her approach is pragmatic, tailored and deeply people-centred. Rather than defaulting to standard frameworks, Kasturi takes the time to understand the organisation, its people and the challenge at hand. This helps identify the problems that truly matter and develop solutions that fit their context. Before joining Radically, she held consulting and leadership roles with Diona Consulting, Assurity Consulting, SAP and Oracle Health.

Outside work, Kasturi loves making things with her son—whether building with Lego, sewing, crocheting, exploring pottery and woodworking, cooking or gardening. These interests shape how she approaches change: with care, curiosity and a focus on creating meaningful, sustainable outcomes that last.
