Edwin Dando is a founder and Executive Director of Radically. He works with CEOs and executive teams to solve the complex organisational problems that sit between strategy and execution.

Edwin has more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations improve performance by rethinking how they organise, make decisions, plan and deliver. His work spans operating model design, enterprise planning, leadership and delivery, with a particular focus on creating greater clarity, accountability and pace in complex organisations.

Before founding Radically, Edwin founded Clarus in 2006, which was acquired by Assurity in 2012. He subsequently led Assurity’s Auckland business and established its education business.

Edwin has worked with senior leaders across many of New Zealand and Australia’s largest organisations, helping them navigate growth, transformation and increasing organisational complexity. He is an experienced executive facilitator and advisor, known for bringing practical thinking and constructive challenge to difficult organisational problems.
