She believes in transparency and empathy being key to building trust with teams. Priya has a background in project delivery, customer success and engineering. She started out as a software developer then transitioned into business analysis, project consultancy, process Improvement and leadership. Priya has helped teams transition to agile ways of working as well as ongoing agile coaching and scrum mastery. She also has a creative side, with a passion for painting and photography.
