With a background in science and psychology and an MA in Organisational Psychology from Columbia University, Amanda has extensive experience in helping shape organisational strategy and leading large-scale transformational change in Australia. She is driven by her deep curiosity and passion for learning, valuing genuine connections and building meaningful relationships along the way.
