Justin Jang

Justin is a natural researcher with an interest in innovative thinking and finding better ways of working.  He’s supported start-up companies, and public and private organisations to identify areas of improvement, and strategise solutions to help connect with their employees and customers.  Justin previously worked at EY where he delivered a range of consulting projects for some of New Zealand’s largest businesses.

What grounds Justin is human-centred design; to truly understand who the solution is for and what benefit it is going to provide.  Some key highlights have been changing people’s perspectives and guiding them to co-create meaningful outcomes.
